Sir,
With due respect, I beg to state that I sprained my right ankle on Sunday last while playing basketball. I got it examined at Indian Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. Its X-Ray photograph reveals that there is a compound fracture in the bone also.
The doctor has advised me to take complete rest for a month. I shall be taking some medicines also. I have been asked to desist from taking part in games for some time.
I, therefore, request you to exempt me from school games for about a month and oblige.
