I am a student in the VIII class at your school. I belong to very poor parents with a big family to support. My father is a tailor who is not able to earn enough to support a family of six members. We live in a but near Railway Station.
I am very fond of studies and have always secured good merit in all my examinations. I am very good in sports and also the captain of the school hockey eleven. The poverty of my father stands in the way of my education and many a time I resolve to discontinue my studies and help my father to earn something more but my dreams to do something good in my life drive me back to school.
In view of the above circumstances, I request your kind self to allow full remission of my fees and issue orders for my free studentship. If possible, I may kindly be helped with the school books and uniform. I shall ever remain grateful to you for this consideration.
