Dear Gunjan,
I want to tell you that the week – end at your house was just swell. I had a wonderful time. It was just grand to be able to dress in the house and jump right into a swimming pool without having to ride for hours.
Please tell your mother I think she’s a wonderful cook, and I would like the recipe for her barbecued hamburgers. I’ve told my mother all about how delicious they were, and she’s agreed to make them as soon as I have the recipe.
I’m counting on having you visit us for the Fourth of July week-end. Dad bought a half dozen records for my birthday that you’ll love to hear, and the crowd is planning a picnic at Mountain.
