Answer

In genetics, a dihybrid cross is a cross between two organisms that are heterozygous for two different traits. This means that each parent has two different alleles for each of the two traits being studied. The offspring of a dihybrid cross will have four different alleles for the two traits, and there will be 16 possible genotypes in the offspring.
