This is to bring to your attention the extremely trying experience I had in the reputed Sunrise Hospital yesterday. I brought a victim of a hit-and-run case to your hospital yesterday for treatment. I was anxious to procure urgent medical attention for the victim but to my dismay, the attention came only after a prolonged period of painful and nervous wait. The emergency department appeared to be in chaos. No doctor was available for a long time. By the time he arrived a long restless queue had already formed. All the while I was anxious about the well-being of the patient who was bleeding profusely. Only after much pleading with the doctor, I could compel him to see the patient.
I would like you to carry out a full investigation into my concerns and provide a response in accordance with the Complaints Procedure of your hospital. I look forward to receiving your acknowledgment of this letter. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need further information.
