Preaching is the easiest job in the world. By preaching we do not mean what our parents, teachers, or religious teachers, advice us to do and guide us to a successful life. By preaching, we simply mean the advice given in the streets, public transports, playgrounds and other places without hesitation and solicitation. It is easy to tell others what to do and what not to do. We can find people telling how the other people should act. But they conveniently forget that it takes no trouble to speak, while it is difficult to act. Most of the time, a preacher forgets the reality and speaks on the basis of hypothetical imaginary facts. The problem of preaching lies with the people who are not specialists, yet they feel like one to advise the specialists how they should act. Some people feel it right to advise how cricketers should play and how the RBI governor should manage the economic affairs of the country. Discussion enhances knowledge, but preaching is bad because it is a futile sermon seldom heeded by the listener. Those who preach want to blame others for all their faults. It is useless to listen to them, though entertaining. Such people tend to enforce their own views on everybody else.
