Reason – Given,

u = 10 ms-1; a = -2.0 ms-2; t = 5 s

Using, S = ut + 1/2 at2

S = (10 × 5) + 1/2 × (-2) × 52 = (50 – 25) = 25 m

Hence, its position at t = 5 s will be 25 m
