I was glad to receive your telegram inviting me to attend your brother’s marriage on the 15th October 2002. Please accept my heartiest congratulations. But, I am sorry to inform you that I am not in a position to attend the party as my father is seriously ill. I have to spend my entire time taking care of him. But, I will visit Ghaziabad as soon as my father gets well, and meet the newlywed couple to wish them a happy married life. I am sure you understand my constraints.
