Jeff Bezos is an American businessman, investor, and philanthropist. He is the founder, CEO, and president of Amazon, the world’s largest online retail company, and the founder of Blue Origin, an aerospace manufacturer and spaceflight services company. He is also a former hedge fund manager.
Bezos was born on January 12, 1964, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He graduated from Princeton University in 1986 with degrees in electrical engineering and computer science. After graduation, he worked on Wall Street for several years, including a stint at the investment firm D. E. Shaw & Co.
