Sub : Late delivery of letters by the Postman of the area
Sir,
I feel anguished to inform that the letters in our area aren’t being delivered in time and quite often, they are dropped at the wrong addresses. Owing to this, most of the residents of our locality are put to great inconvenience. His laxity in duty has often caused cancellation of crucial meetings with friends and missed appointments.
Even earlier too, the same complaint was lodged, vide my letter No. 209, dated Nov. 18, 2006, but it seems to have had no result so far. The postman of our area seems to be incorrigible, indeed !
Dereliction of duty on his part, has caused us undue inconvenience. Please look into the matter, as soon as possible and remove our genuine grievance.
