Force (F) = 2 N
Diameter (d) = 2 m
So, Radius or OB = 1 m
(i) Moment of force at O = F × r = 2 × 1 = 2 N
(ii) Moment of force at A = F × r = 2 × 2 = 4 N m
Calculate: (i) the moment of force F1 about O. (ii) the moment of force F2 about O. (iii) total moment of the two forces about O.
