Sub. : Request for estimate to provide Conference Hall and Hospitality for a day
Dear Sir,
We wish to hold a seminor of the aspiring, young mountaineers on 30th May, 2007 for which we would like to utilize your Conference Hall together with your hospitality for two-time snacks and lunch.
Our timings are scheduled to be from 9.00 a.m. sharp to 5.30 p.m. and the event is to be expected to be attended by 200 delegates.
We shall appreciate, if you are kind enough to send your estimate before 20th May, 2007.
