How do you find your new school in Mumbai? You must be finding it as inane and boring as the old school.
What’s the use of constantly running down the present system of education? I don’t deny that it has several defects. But educational reform is not our business. Moreover, it cannot be suddenly effected. In the meanwhile, it is our duty to make the best of the existing system of education.
We must come to terms with the institutions around us. Being dissatisfied with them and constantly denigrating them makes one miserable and lose the opportunities for progress. This is particularly true of students. I trust that you will learn to live with the present system of education and profit by it as much as possible.
