Sir,
It is brought to your kind notice that my telephone No. 6262626 has not been functioning for the last about one month. In spite of my repeated complaints on 198 and repeated visits to the local exchange office, they said the telephone has not been restored in spite of the fact that I have a record of depositing my bills always on time, never late.
I cannot make out what the reasons for such a delay should be except for the negligence of the men on duty. It has resulted in a great loss to my business and also a great inconvenience to my person.
Hope your good self will issue directions for the restoration of the phone without any further delay and oblige.
