Sub: Application for a permit for sugar.
Dear Sir,
The marriage of my elder sister is to be solemnized on the 5th of December, 2003. I am in need of one quintal of sugar for this purpose. It is well-known that sugar is being sold at a very high price in the open market. It will great financial relief to me if I get levy sugar at a controlled rate.
I, therefore, request you to kindly issue me a permit for one quintal of levy sugar.
The ration card and an invitation card are enclosed herewith in support of my statement.
I shall be grateful to you for this favour.
