“Adventures are always exciting” – Why do you think Tuffy said so?

Tuffy said so because he felt bored and unfulfilled in his current toy shop environment and wanted to be a hero, seeking excitement and recognition.

1. When Tuffy got upset, he ran out and sat down in a toy farm, wiping his tears.

3. The sailor doll was angry because Tuffy interrupted him while he was cooking and threw water at him, thinking he was putting out a fire.
4. Tuffy found a real adventure when he saw a small doll falling into a bowl of water with two goldfish swimming in it, and he decided to rescue her.

3. Timothy, the toy dog, released Tuffy from the police station by bringing the key to the locked room and giving it to Tuffy through the window.

Write a paragraph in about sixty words on `A boat journey’ using the following hints:

On a serene moonlit night in West Bengal, four friends set out on a boat journey along a wide river. The rhythmic rippling of the water beneath their boat created a peaceful ambience. The journey was accompanied by the enchanting sights of the dark forests on either side, adding an element of mystique to their adventure. Excitement and thrill filled their hearts as they explored the beautiful landscapes and treasured the memories made on this memorable boat trip.

## Activity 10 (b)

Suppose you spent a night with Tuffy in the toy shop. Write a short paragraph in about sixty words describing your experience.

Spending a night with Tuffy in the toy shop was an enchanting experience. The toy shop transformed into a magical world as the moonlight filtered through the windows, casting a dreamy glow on the toys. Tuffy’s yearning for adventure inspired me, and we explored every corner of the toy shop together. The camaraderie with the other toys and the tales they shared filled the night with joy and laughter. It was a night of whimsy and wonder, etching memories that would forever hold a special place in my heart.
